At LeapForward, we are committed to contributing to the greater good.
As part of this commitment, a portion of our profits is dedicated to supporting causes that have a track record of delivering positive impact on the community and driving meaningful change.
Two of the organisations we support are The Butterfly Foundation and The Barbara May Foundation.
Butterfly changes lives by providing support services, treatment and resources, delivering prevention and early intervention programs and advocating for the needs of those with eating disorders and body image issues. Butterfly also emphasises the critical importance of prevention and early intervention strategies in limiting the development of, and suffering from, negative body image and eating disorders.
Established in 2009, the Barbara May Foundation initiates and manages projects in East Africa that relieve the high incidence of death and extreme injury such as fistula in pregnancy and childbirth. They provide safety, dignity and hope to some of the world’s poorest women, and their children. Maternal healthcare and medical services are provided at no cost, regardless of race or religion.
