    All data is confidentially stored with Microsoft Azure in Australia; it is securely encrypted, at rest and in transit, at all times.

    Any data pertaining to (ongoing) research is de-identified and aggregated, with opt-out offered to you at program onboarding.

  • All coaching sessions remain confidential and are not reported on unless there is a significant health or safety concern.

    Coaching sessions are not therapy; they are structured to help you engage in, and get the most out of, the program by discussing the daily/weekly topics, assisting you in setting health and wellbeing goals, and acting as a supportive guide through the program.

  • All LeapForward Coaches are qualified, accredited Allied Health professionals with backgrounds in Psychology, Counselling, Rehabilitation Counselling, and/or Social Work.

  • In order to assist in your wider recovery, a Post-Program Report is provided to your Claims’ Handler which includes data on how your engaged in the program, pre- and post-program health and wellbeing outcome measures, and some general comments and recommendations from your LeapForward Coach.

    No private or confidential information discussed in your coaching sessions will be noted in these reports - this all remains between you and your Coach!

    LeapForward is a health and wellbeing education program, not a therapeutic intervention.

    LeapForward is specifically designed to complement and support your wider healthcare and/ or rehabilitation.
